Ezer & Williamson LLP (E&W) is a Los Angeles (Century City), California based law firm specializing in the representation of individuals, small and medium-size businesses and partnerships.  E&W is comprised of experienced and accomplished attorneys with backgrounds in both litigation and transactional matters. The firm’s legal practice focuses on business, commercial, and real estate litigation; construction litigation; real property foreclosures, receiverships and other provisional remedies; transactional matters; general corporate, business entity law and business formation. 

E&W was originally established as Rich & Ezer, in 1964.   Among the areas of business that  E&W’s clients are involved in include real estate investment, sales and leasing; real estate brokerage; construction; solid waste; manufacturing and sales; insurance; secured real property financing; and general business.
